Synopsis Madagascar : Escape 2 Africa
SYNOPSIS Madagascar : Escape 2 Africa
Hopelessly stranded on the remote shores of Madagascar, the New Yorkers hatch a plan to get back to Central Park that instead finds them soaking up sun in the picturesque plains of Africa.
Madagascar may be a nice place to visit, but for the gang of animals who spent most of their lives in New York, there is truly no place like home. After discovering the remnants of a crashed airplane, the penguins quickly set about making the repairs needed to get the craft airborne again. When the plane finally takes to the sky, it begins to look like it's only a matter of time before Alex the Lion (voice of Ben Stiller) and friends are soaring over New York Harbor. Unfortunately the penguins weren't the aviation experts they claimed to be, and before long the crew is coming in for a crash-landing in the untamed plains of Africa.
Now, as the animals reared in the safety of the zoo come into contact with their decidedly wild counterparts for the very first time, they get a better feel for their roots while marveling over the differences between life in the concrete jungle and life on the world's second largest continent. Of course, while there's plenty to love about wandering the open plains, romantic rivalries and the risk of running into dangerous poachers soon begin to outweigh the joys of some long-overdue family reunions. With some particularly heavy cases of homesickness causing hearts to weigh heavy, the group gradually starts to wonder whether they'll ever find their way back home.
Chris Rock, David Schwimmer, Jada Pinkett Smith, Sacha Baron Cohen, Cedric the Entertainer, and Andy Richter lend their voices to this animated sequel that re-teams original Madagascar co-directors Eric Darnell and Tom McGrath. ~ Jason Buchanan, All Movie Guide

One of the Brightest Stars - James Blunt
One day your story will be told
One of the lucky ones who's made his name
One day they'll make you glorious
beneath the lights of your deserved fame.
Reff : And it all comes round,
once in a lifetime like it always does
Everybody loves you cause
you've taken a chance out on a dance to the moon - too soon
And they'll say told you so
we were the ones who saw you first of all
We always knew that you were one of the brightest stars
One day they'll tell you that you've changed
though their the ones who seem to stop and stare.
One day you'll hope to make the grave
before the papers choose to send you there
Repeat reff

Sedikit waktu yang kau miliki
Luangkanlah untukku
Harap secepatnya datangi aku
S’kali ini ku mohon padamu
Ada yang ingin ku sampaikan
Sempatkanlah…
Hampa kesal dan amarah
S’luruhnya ada dibenakku
Tandai seketika
Hati yang tak terbalas
Oleh cintamu…
Kuingin marah, melampiaskan tapi kuhanyalah sendiri disini
Ingin kutunjukkan pada siapa saja yang ada
Bahwa hatiku kecewa…
Sedetik menunggumu disini, s’perti seharian
Berkali kulihat jam ditangan
Demi membunuh waktu
Tak kulihat tanda kehadiranmu
Yang semakin meyakiniku
Kau tak datang

new hollywood star's teeth (before - after)
Veneers, when done properly, do not have to leave the wearer looking like they have ‘Chiclet’ teeth. Look at Leslie Bibb’s teeth in 2001 and look at them now. They are prettier without looking overwhelming on the wearer.

Scientists unlock pathway to GROWING NEW TEETH
Dec 04 (HealthCentersOnline) - An international team of scientists have investigated the potential for mammals to grow new teeth.
Mammals, including humans, grow two sets of teeth in their lifetime. Baby teeth, or deciduous teeth, develop first and are replaced with permanent teeth. However, after the permanent teeth are lost, no additional teeth grow in to replace them. Artificial teeth, such as dentures, bridges or implants, can be used, but these measures are not as effective as natural teeth. In contrast, most lower vertebrate animals demonstrate continuous tooth generation. This means that they continually grow new teeth to replace any teeth they have lost.
Researchers at the University of Helsinki, along with collaborators from Germany and Japan, have shown the potential for continuous tooth generation in mammals. Working with a mouse model, the researchers activated a signaling pathway used for cell communication and embryonic development. The result was the induction of continuous tooth generation in one molar.
The mouse model grew a succession of dozens of fully developed teeth, complete with normal roots, dentin and tooth enamel. However, the crowns of the teeth were simple and cone-shaped. This structure is common in lower vertebrates with continuous tooth generation. Typical mouse molars are much more complex, with multiple cusps, similar in shape to the human molars.
Despite the early stage of this research, the scientists conjecture that it may be possible to trigger continuous tooth generation in humans, as well. If this potential is realized, dentists may eventually be able to induce the growth of new teeth in patients who have lost their permanent teeth.

the basic part on playing drums
the basic part on playing drums
www.coolmusicworld.com
FIRST STEPS
The first steps to playing the drums is by counting. Without being able to count or understand time signatures, you are useless behind the kit. Everyone knows how to count to 4 – this will be the basis of your beat.
Most basic rock drumming beats are in the time signature of 4/4, meaning there are 4 counts each bar. (or 4 counts before the beat repeats). From here, you want to follow your counting with your dominant (usually your right) hand. With this hand, hit the hi hat on every count. The rest is actually quite simple, now that you are counting, simply add your bass drum and snare drum on the counts. Add your bass drum on 1, and the snare on 3. This will be your BASIC DRUM BEAT.
Now that you have learned the basics on how to play drums, you will be able to see how beats are built around this basic pattern. If you can count to 4, you can play the drums. This is the basics to most rock drumming beats and grooves.
Next you will want to practice stick control and drum rudiments. Learning how to play rudiments will help you build independence and speed around your drum kit. But do not go too fast at first, pace yourself. Make sure you have a feel for the drum set and your sticks. Start out with the two most common rudiments, the Single stroke roll and the Double stroke roll. Become very familiar with that basic 4/4 groove, so you can play it at different tempos.
Remember, you are a drummer whose main task is to keep everyone on time, so make sure your timing is very precise.
Playing the drums is a lot more than just playing a beat on time – there’s much more to it.
You want to feel the beat, feel the time, and feel the groove. There is also much you can learn about stick control. A drummer should be able to create the mood and groove for any song, adding fills and accents in to spice things up.

Synopsis - Baby and Me (korean film)
“Baby & Me” seems like a can’t miss movie. The movie stars one of the most popular young actors in Korea today, Geun-seok Jang, and features a story that revolves around a young teen suddenly thrust into fatherhood. At minimum, “Baby & Me” should elicit plenty of smiles and, possibly, a whole lot of laughs right? Sadly, it just ain’t so.
Joon-soo (Geun-seok Jang) is a rebellious high school kid, popular with the girls, but an absolute nightmare for his parents and teachers. Joon-soo soon drives his parents batty enough that they decide to up and leave their house. When Joon-soo finds out that his parents are AWOL he does what any party animal would do, he calls his friends over for a house party.
That afternoon, Joon-soo prepares for the party by going to the grocery store and buying drinks & food . While at the grocery store, he briefly leaves his shopping cart unattended to check out the liquor selection. When he comes back to his shopping cart, he’s stunned to find a baby in his cart. Even more confounding, after waiting for hours at the store, nobody comes forward to claim the baby. And to top everything off, theres a note on the baby which claims Joon-soo is the father!
At first, Joon-soo devises varies ways to abandon the child, but every time is spoiled by an unexpected event. When his teacher calls to warn him that he will be expelled if he misses another day, Joon-soo decides to bring the baby to school. This causes further scandal for Joon-soo and eventually leads to his suspension. Through all this, Joon-soo finds himself slowly becoming attached to the baby.
One of the many misguided choices made by the filmmakers was to use an adult voice-over to illustrate the baby’s thoughts (ala 3 Men and a Baby). This came off as a cheap trick to make the movie cuter than necessary and never came close to being funny. Certain scenes also seemed seriously misguided. When Joon-soo smeared the baby’s soiled diapers on another student’s textbook (for complaining about the noise), it wreaked of poor taste and out of whack judgment on the main character’s part. There’s also many scenes with Byeol Kim telling off teachers in an intended cute manner, but came across as a self-centered brat. If all this isn’t bad enough, there’s plenty of moments with flawed logic. The biggest offense occurred during the movie’s climax. Geun-seok Jang ran through the security checkpoint at the Incheon Airport to find a couple leaving the country. Eventually he did find the couple, while being chased by airport security. The problem? He had no idea which gate they were at!

Wonder girls
Korea's favorite female quintet Wonder Girls looks to continue their winning streak, aiming once again for the top spot in the music charts with their latest project album The Wonder Years - Trilogy. Whisking their fans back to the '60s and '70s Motown era, the principle track Nobody completes the circle of their retro revival musical journey which began with the mid/late '80s-style pop dance hit Tell Me and their early '80s synth-pop So Hot - both of which topped the charts and started new dance trends. Under the guidance of world-renowned producer Park Jin Young, the group brings a trendy twist to classic tunes, hoping to ignite yet another round of retro fever. Taking inspiration from Motown classics like The Supremes' You Keep Me Hangin' On, Martha & The Vandellas's Dancing in the Streets, The Ronettes' Be My Baby, and The Crystals' Da Doo Ron Ron, Nobody sees the Wonder Girls successfully reviving the era as they deliver a breathtaking performance in the song's music video which is reminiscent of a scene from the 2006 Hollywood musical Dreamgirls. Enjoy the album~ ^^

trigeminal neuralgia.... master of pain in face
DEFINITION
IMAGINE HAVING A JAB OF LIGHTNING-LIKE PAIN SHOOT THROUGH YOUR FACE WHEN YOU BRUSH YOUR TEETH OR PUT ON MAKEUP??
SOUND EXCRUCIATING???
If you have TRIGEMINAL NEURALGIA, attacks of such pain may occur frequently.
You may initially experience short, mild attacks, but trigeminal neuralgia can progress, causing longer, more frequent bouts of searing pain. These attacks can be spontaneous or provoked by even mild stimulation of your face. Trigeminal neuralgia affects women more often than men, and it's more likely to occur in people who are older than 50.
SYMPTOMS
You may have one or more of these symptom patterns with trigeminal neuralgia:
* Occasional twinges of mild pain
* Episodes of severe, shooting or jabbing pain that may feel like an ELECTRIC SHOCK
* SPONTANEOUS ATTACKS of pain or ATTACKS TRIGGERED by things like touching the
face, chewing, speaking, and brushing teeth
* Bouts of pain lasting from a FEW SECONDS TO SEVERAL SECONDS
* Episodes of several attacks lasting days, weeks, months or longer — some people
have periods when they experience no pain
* Pain in areas supplied by the trigeminal nerve (nerve branches), including the
cheek, jaw, teeth, gums, lips, or less often the eye and forehead
* Pain affecting ONE SIDE OF YOUR FACE at a time
* Pain FOCUSED in ONE SPOT or SPREAD in a wider pattern
* Attacks becoming more frequent and intense over time
CAUSES
The trigeminal nerve carries sensation from your face to your brain. In trigeminal neuralgia, also called tic douloureux, the nerve's function is disrupted. Usually, the problem is contact between a normal artery or vein and the trigeminal nerve, at the base of your brain. This contact puts pressure on the nerve and causes it to malfunction.
A variety of triggers may set off the pain of trigeminal neuralgia, including:
.. Shaving
.. Stroking your face
.. Eating
.. Drinking
.. Brushing your teeth
.. Talking
.. Putting on makeup
.. Encountering a breeze
.. Smiling
TESTS AND DIAGNOSIS
Your doctor will review your medical history and ask you to describe your pain — how severe it is, what part of your face it affects, how long it lasts and what seems to trigger it. You'll also undergo a neurological examination, during which your doctor examines and touches parts of your face to try to determine exactly where the pain is occurring and — if you appear to have trigeminal neuralgia — which branches of the trigeminal nerve may be affected.
You may need to have a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan of your head, which can show if multiple sclerosis is causing trigeminal neuralgia.
Facial pain can be caused by many different disorders, so an accurate diagnosis is important. Your doctor may order additional tests to rule out other conditions.
TREATMENTS AND DRUGS
Medications are usually the first treatment for trigeminal neuralgia, and many people are SUCCESSFULLY TREATED WITH MEDICATION and require NO SURGICAL TREATMENT. However, over time, some people with the disorder eventually stop responding to medications, or they experience unpleasant side effects. For those people, injections or surgery provide other treatment options.
++ Medications
Medications to lessen or block the pain signals sent to your brain are the most common initial treatment for trigeminal neuralgia:
1. Anticonvulsants.
Carbamazepine (Tegretol, Carbatrol), phenytoin (Dilantin, Phenytek) and
oxcarbazepine (Trileptal) are the most common anticonvulsant medications used to
treat trigeminal neuralgia.
2. Antispasticity agents.
Muscle-relaxing agents such as baclofen may be used alone or in combination with
carbamazepine or phenytoin. Side effects may include confusion, nausea and
drowsiness.
ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE
Few clinical studies have been done on the effectiveness of alternative treatments for trigeminal neuralgia, so there's little evidence to support their use. However, some people have found improvement with these treatments. Always ask your doctor before trying an alternative treatment, since they may interact with your other medications. Complementary and alternative treatments for trigeminal neuralgia include:
Acupuncture
Biofeedback
Vitamin therapy
Nutritional therapy
Electrical stimulation of nerves

When Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) reluctantly moved to the perpetually overcast town of Forks, WA, and set out to carve a niche for herself, she assumed it would be one similar to the low-profile social position she held back in Phoenix. First on the list of surprises was the unfamiliar attention from the male population of her new high school; second, the attention from one male in particular: Edward Cullen, Vampire (Robert Pattinson). Before long, the unlikely soul mates find themselves in a passionate relationship with a variety of significant setbacks, including Edward's special-needs diet (he doesn't eat humans, but Bella's scent inspires a nearly impossible to harness bloodlust) and the human girl's mortality. Though things proceed relatively smoothly at first (Edward even introduces Bella to his adoptive vampire family), a visiting vampire clan consisting of James (Cam Gigandet), Victoria (Rachelle Lefevre), and Laurent (Edi Gathegi) catches Bella's unique scent and threatens the young couple's budding, if dangerous, happiness. James, known for his powerful tracking ability, becomes obsessed with making Bella his next victim. Fearing for Bella's safety and that of her loved ones, the Cullens must combine their collective talents in order to stop the highly predatory James before his goal is accomplished. ~ Tracie Cooper, All Movie Guide

"Malaikat Juga Tahu" - dewi lestari
Lelahmu jadi lelahku juga
Bahagiamu bahagiaku juga
Berbagi takdir kita selalu
Kecuali tiap kau jatuh hati
Kali ini hampir habis dayaku
Membuktikan padamu ada cinta yang nyata
Setia hadir setiap hari
Tak tega biarkan kau sendiri
Meski seringkali kau malah asyik sendiri
Karena kau tak lihat terkadang malaikat
Tak bersayap tak cemerlang tak rupawan
Namun kasih ini silakan kau adu
Malaikat juga tahu siapa yang jadi juaranya
Hampamu tak kan hilang semalam
Oleh pacar impian
Tetapi kesempatan untukku yang mungkin tak sempurna
Tapi siap untuk diuji
Kupercaya diri
Cintaku yang sejati
Namun tak kau lihat terkadang malaikat
Tak bersayap tak cemerlang tak rupawan
Namun kasih ini silakan kau adu
Malaikat juga tahu siapa yang jadi juaranya
Kau selalu meminta terus kutemani
Engkau selalu bercanda andai wajahku diganti
Relakan ku pergi
Karna tak sanggup sendiri
Namun tak kau lihat terkadang malaikat

Cell Phones and Your Brain
By: Charles Noe
Reviewed By: Martin E. Liebling, M.D., FACP
A cancer expert's advice to restrict use of cell phones has revived the long-simmering debate over whether or not the handy gadgets raise the risk of brain cancer. You don't need to throw your mobile under the bus, but there are precautions you can take if you're concerned:
Keep cell phones away from your head. Use a speakerphone, headset or remote antenna. Regular headphones may be safer than Bluetooth earpieces; however, regular headphones may decrease the ability to hear outside sounds such as traffic or sirens.
Use your cell only for short calls. Use your landline when you can.
Set limits on your kids' use of cell phones.
As the National Research Council has pointed out, people aren't dropping dead from using cell phones but we need to know more about the potential health effects of this and similar technology, such as:
Long-term exposure to cell phones and other wireless devices, particularly on pregnant women, fetuses and children
The rapid growth of wireless networks, along with base station antennas and electromagnetic fields
Changes in handheld cell phone antenna design
Exposure of more parts of the body to radiofrequency energy due to texting, emailing and Bluetooth technology
What do you think about the possible risks of cell phones?
